PERMANENT TAKE

TEMPORARY TAKE

AFTER THE TAKE, the Office Building and Warehouse Property was Severely Damaged:

  • The drive aisle around the front corner of the Office Building was cut off, eliminating Driveway Access to 50 Parking Spaces next to the Office Building.

  • 20 more Parking Spaces were lost in the Take Areas

  • After the taking, only 14 parking spaces remain, which is inadequate for any commercial use of the existing buildings.

In addition to the damages to the Office/Warehouse property, the adjacent retail strip center incurred damages from elimination of driveway access, increased internal circuity, and loss of parking.

THE LANDOWNER RECEIVED $880,000 MORE THAN THE INITIAL AGENCY OFFER
